The staff gave very good service, and the rooms were very nice. The lobby is impressive too. They’re expanding, so I think the hotel will be even better in a year or two.

The breakfast was exceptional, and the service was great. The new facilities are just beyond Ichan Kala’s walls, between the western and southern gates, with either one about a five-minute walk away. I’d definitely stay again.

They cancelled my booking one day before my trip. They said I was supposed to reply to the confirmation email, though it never asked me to respond. It said, “Your booking is confirmed and driver will meet you at the airport with a sign.” DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. SCAM.

The homemade breakfast was fantastic. This brand-new hotel is just outside the old city walls and has a very grand, palatial feel.

There’s no hot water. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and the internet is so poor that browsing or watching videos is impossible.
