The rooms were comfortable and roomy, and breakfast was great. I was especially impressed by how attentive the staff were and how they made sure I was happy. When I couldn't order food in the evening, the front desk got management involved. They sent someone to a restaurant to photograph the menu, then brought food up to my room. I'd never experienced that kind of service in Uzbekistan before.

I really liked the atmosphere, the clean rooms, and the polite staff. The conference room has all the equipment needed. My stay left a lasting impression, with luxury, elegance, and service that made me feel like royalty. I'd happily recommend it for a five-star experience and am already looking forward to coming back.

It's a brand new hotel, and my grandfather really enjoyed the breakfast. The white carpet in the corridor is meant to keep dust off, though I think it'd be great if they removed it.

We left hungry because the hotel wouldn't give us breakfast before our early departure. Our train was due at 5:30, so we needed to leave around 4:30, and the nearby shops were closed. We politely asked the administration for breakfast since we had a 6.5-7 hour trip ahead. They told us to wait until 6 if we wanted it, so we had to go without. Food is a huge problem here.

The rooftop restaurant serves breakfast with a nice city view, and the rooms are very modern. Compared with the other hotels in the valley, this is the best one I've found so far.
