The male receptionist was very helpful, and the hotel is in a good location. The room was a little small for us. Breakfast was the same every day, but the basic spread was good.

I deliberately tried to check in a day early, but was told there was no room. The staff took 20 minutes to find my booking, which was frustrating. The toilet was clogged, and the lift buttons were dirty. Breakfast was meant to run from 8-10am, but we arrived at 8 and found limited choices. They didn’t seem to plan to replenish the food, and by just after 8:30 there was hardly anything left. The price was okay, but the standard was terrible.

We stayed just one night, and that was enough to regret choosing this hotel. The room was tiny, with old furniture and thin walls, so we could hear the neighbors talking. There was a musty smell, dampness on the walls, a leaking bathroom, and plumbing in terrible condition. The lights kept going out, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the room was stuffy and uninhabitable. When we complained, the staff just shrugged. Our “vacation” left us irritated. The price didn’t fit the standard or amenities. We expected at least basic comfort for that money, but got dirt, stuffiness, and rude service. One night was more than enough for a lifetime. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
