The staff were friendly and helpful, and offered us three kinds of pillows. Breakfast was good too, but a few problems got in the way of our stay. The aircon in our room didn't cool properly: even set to 16 degrees, it felt more like 20 or above. Our family's room had working aircon, but when we asked staff about ours, they said it was working 🤷🏼♀️. The removable shower head was broken and wouldn't stay in place, so we could only use the fixed overhead one. With the water pressure already weak, that was annoying. We also asked for the sauna and Hammam to be ready at 9:30 pm, but when we got there at 9:15 pm they hadn't even been switched on. They have to turn them on for you, and after waiting 20 minutes for the temperature to reach 50 degrees, we left. Those issues really put a damper on an otherwise good stay.

We stayed four nights and really enjoyed the hotel. The service was brilliant, and Bonu, Abu Bakr, Temur, and the others were all kind and helpful. A fantastic stay, five stars!

We stayed at Europe Hotel Tashkent with our family and realized after checking out that we'd left a winter coat and a jacket in the room. We messaged the hotel through its official WhatsApp, and they confirmed in writing that both items had been found and put with security in lost and found. But when we followed up about having someone collect them, the hotel said they couldn't find the items anymore. That's extremely disappointing and unacceptable after the confirmation we received. This has seriously damaged my trust and reflects badly on the hotel's management. Guests should be very careful with their belongings.

The restaurant was a highlight for me. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fantastic, and chef Dilshod deserves a special mention for the talent and personal touch he brings to every dish. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and had the kind of careful attention to detail I associate with top luxury chains. From the moment we arrived, the service felt first-rate. This hotel is a real gem and stands alongside places like the Four Seasons or the Hilton. If you want impeccable service, pristine facilities, and a standout dining experience, this is the place.

The property is decent and seems to be going for a European look. But at morning checkout, the front desk staff were appalling. They tried to sneak in a second charge for a booking I'd already paid for. I'll leave you to judge for yourself.
