The quiet, safe neighborhood was a welcome break after busy days, and the main attractions were only a short drive away, though the hotel isn't in the city center. Bentley Hotel was beautifully designed, modern, clean, and comfortable. My spacious room was spotless and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and professional, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh, tasty options. I also enjoyed the well-kept indoor pool, sauna, and gym after exploring the city. Bentley Hotel exceeded my expectations and deserves its 5-star rating. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent.

I really like this place and its facilities, but the AC is a major problem. Apparently they turn off the floor's air conditioning after 11 p.m. On my first night, the room reached 28 degrees, and when I asked reception to fix it, they told us to open the window. I have one more night here. The facilities are extremely nice, but they can't just turn off the AC.

The amenities are outstanding, so I won't go into them. I want to mention how friendly and supportive the staff are. Rasul, a waiter at the Flame restaurant, was especially hospitable and did a great job. Sonya is also a great massage therapist. Ask for her if you book a Spa massage; her hands are magical and strong.

Jeena Jun gave me a Thai massage, and it was first-class. I've had massages in many places around the world, and this was one of the best. She was skilled and professional, with great attention to detail, and I left relaxed and rejuvenated. I'd give it a full five stars and will certainly return. The restaurant and service were very good too.

The airport was about 15 minutes away. Everything here felt like a 5-star hotel, from the spa, pool, sauna, Thai massage, and restaurant to the service. The hotel is new and clean, with universal sockets, and even decaf coffee in the room. The robes were so soft I didn't want to take them off. You can tell they care about the service.
