Modern Hotel

The big bed was nice, and the room never got too hot. We really don’t like heat, and other hotels have had the heating set far too high, so this one felt just right. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of vegetables, which we love. Good value for the money, no complaints.

We stayed two nights in a spacious triple room with AC. The room and bathroom mats were dealt with carelessly: on the second day, after cleaning, the staff hung the bathroom mats in our bathroom alongside the clean ones. The breakfast selection was good, but there were lots of houseflies and nothing was done to cover the food. The coffee machine also had some issues. We’d asked at check-in for an early takeaway breakfast, and they agreed. But around 5:30-5:45 a.m., the receptionist said they couldn’t provide anything, not even fruit, because there were no lunch boxes and the restaurant manager wouldn’t arrive for another hour. I asked him to call the manager so I could explain, but he just kept apologizing without helping. He was the same person who had confirmed the night before that takeaway breakfast boxes would be arranged. Given the cleanliness and the trust you need to have in hotel staff, I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was amazing, and breakfast was delicious. Service was excellent too. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The location made getting around easy, with the railway station and airport nearby and buses close to the hotel. Breakfast had a good range, and our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and couch. I did find dust and dirt along the couch edges and cleaned it myself because it bothered me. Housekeeping was inconsistent too: amenities weren't always refilled, the floor mat was left on the towel rack, and our slippers were taken without being replaced. The reception team were friendly and polite. ADBULGHOFAR was especially helpful and understanding when arranging our early check-in, and another receptionist quickly helped us with the television. We felt safe and had a good stay overall. This was our fourth hotel in Uzbekistan, and I'd recommend it to people visiting Tashkent.
