The first night, reception offered us a 30,000 soms discount, about 2 euros, if we cancelled the reservation in bookking. They also wanted to charge 4 dollars per person per night for a "Tourist registration fee." We checked our papers the next morning and saw that this fee was already included in the FINAL PRICE. When we showed one of the two reception guys from the night before, he admitted we were right and said they would pay it themselves. On our last day, the QR code for our stay showed us as being there only the final night, not all 3 nights. We only noticed later. TAKE CARE, because police may ask for these papers, and not being able to show where you stayed each night could cause a HUGE issue. Also, Chinese customers could be heard yelling on their phones in the corridors and right outside your door early in the morning and late at night.
