The owner made our three-night stay especially easy. He was around, very warm, and happy to help, from doing some laundry to suggesting restaurants and arranging a reasonably priced taxi for our onward trip. Our room was spacious, with a really comfortable bed, and breakfast was good, though guests share a table. The Ark of Bukhara is about a five-minute walk away. We'd gladly recommend the place.

We had a good time here, but I’d keep a stay to two days or less. The location is excellent for getting around on foot, and the family-run hotel has friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are basic but in decent shape. The green LED in the room flashes at times after the lights are off, which made it annoying when trying to sleep. There’s no baby cot, no elevator, and only stairs; when I arrived, the manager’s elderly father was there, so nobody was available to help with luggage. Breakfast is basic, and payment is cash only, which was inconvenient.

I was glad to find parking and free Wi-Fi that actually had good speed. The staff were polite and friendly, and I had no issues with the cleaning. Everything felt clean and comfortable, with a tasteful design, new furniture, and fluffy white towels. I’ll definitely come back to Rayhon. The warmth here is what matters most these days!

I didn’t like this hotel. There was no housekeeping, and the breakfast wasn’t what I expected. The room was small and smelled unpleasant, with uncomfortable pillows and rough towels. There was no refrigerator, either. When I raised that with the manager, he said he couldn’t do anything, and the heat spoiled my food, so I had to throw it all away. Getting around also meant climbing high stairs, since there’s no elevator.
