The rooms and service are good, and the prices suit a cheap hotel. Some of the staff could do with updating.

We were pleased with our stay here. The staff were professional and polite, and the rooms had everything we needed and were comfortable and clean. The hotel is just before the entrance to Samarkand, which made its location convenient. Wishing the business well, and hope the good service continues.

We brought tourist groups of different sizes here, and everyone was happy with the stay. The breakfasts were delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff attentive and professional. It's a very convenient place, and lunch or dinner can also be arranged. Huge thanks to everyone who made the groups comfortable. Highly recommended!!!!

The staff are kind and helpful, and most things were fine. But the water was barely warm, the soundproofing was poor, and a cockroach called Valera showed up.
