There was hardly any food, and what they served for breakfast was poor and not fresh. The staff were very rude, and communicating with them was difficult. The hotel looked nothing like its pictures and was very bad. I didn't like it at all and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are roomy, the whole place feels new, and it was very clean and pleasant. Service was also at a very high level. I'd choose this hotel again if I return to Bukhara.

Breakfast was awful, with hardly anything to eat, and it was carelessly put together. The rooms, on the other hand, were spotless, modern, and nice. The elevators aren't adequate.
