The terrace is a lovely place for breakfast, with a wonderful view over the city. Ziynat Hotel is perfectly located, a stone’s throw from beautiful Lyab-i-Hauz and the historic centre, and we were warmly welcomed at this small, delightful hotel. It has all the facilities tourists expect these days. Give yourself plenty of time to wander around Bukhara. It was a major cultural centre of the Islamic world in the 9th and 10th centuries, attracting famous scholars, poets, and artists. Sit in the shade of the ancient trees around Lyab-i-Hauz, have some food and drink, watch the swans and happy ducks on the pond, and listen to the fountain playing on the water. You could read some poems from Omar Khayyam’s famous 'Rubaiyat' there, too. Omar Khayyam, mathematician, astronomer, and poet, might have wished he’d stayed longer in Bukhara!

The hosts were approachable, looked after us so well, and took care of all our needs. We had an amazing stay at Ziynat Hotel. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is right in the heart of the old city, with all the monuments easily reached on foot. Definitely recommend it.

Right in Old Bukhara, Ziynat Family Guest House is a charming base for exploring the city’s history. The main sights are just a short walk away. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. A wonderful place to stay while visiting this beautiful city.

From the balcony you can see all of Bukhara, and the place is fantastic. It’s right in the centre of the old town. An excellent place to stay, highly recommended.

There’s a long list of reasons I wholeheartedly recommend this place: the location is excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. Breakfast is so delicious and extensive that you can practically skip lunch. The rooftop terrace has a stunning view, and the family atmosphere comes with the nicest, most attentive hosts you could wish for.
