The staff were so friendly and attentive, especially Dastan, Balnur and Atabake. They looked after us like family, and we even got a very early check-in at around 8am. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, with fantastic mountain views. The pillows were flat, though, and the shower kept swinging between very hot and very cold. There was a sauna and jacuzzi in the room, but it was so hot that we didn’t use them. I’d love to return in winter for the snowy mountains and to try the facilities. Taxis are cheap, too. Download the yandex go App, a 5km ride costs around £1. We stayed with family in June and were very satisfied, 10/10.

Doston was attentive throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out, and the restaurant colleagues were careful and kind. The food was tasty, and the service was great. It’s a lovely escape from Tashkent for fresh air and mountain views, with a good selection of rooms. My favorite is the Penthouse, with three separate bedrooms, a large studio hall and kitchen, and the best panoramic mountain views. I can highly recommend Balandda for a rest around Chimgan mountains with family or friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful, especially Mr. Doston, and the location was great with amazing views. Our three-bedroom penthouse was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen.

We had a lovely stay at Balandada, and the rooms were in good condition. The service was very attentive, and they let us bring our dog with approval. We’ll definitely come again.
