Asia Hotel Fergana

The building is unusual and attractive, and the hotel is comfortable. Guest rooms have an air conditioner, fridge, bathroom, bed and balcony, plus many other things.

The room was great, though the decor felt dated, which I suppose may be the look they want. We had a great stay at Hotel Asia Fergana. It's one of the biggest hotels we've stayed at, with several buildings, pools, restaurants and a lovely garden. Reception and breakfast staff were really friendly. The buffet was decent and the coffee was good.

One star for the poor service and what felt like theft. My son left his shirt on a chair in the room when we headed to our next destination. I reported it that same day, but the hotel said they hadn't found it. They never sent the email confirmation I asked for either. To me, this doesn't deserve a four-star rating.

The gardens were lovely for relaxing, and the outdoor pool was a lifesaver in the Fergana heat. There's also an indoor pool for colder weather and a gym. We stayed three nights and had a very good experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff treated us so well, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety, with different choices each day. We had lunch one day and dinner another, and liked the range of dishes, including vegetarian options that can be hard to find at other restaurants. The hotel is right in the heart of Fergana, within walking distance of places like shops and restaurants. I'd recommend it fully and will stay here again when I return to Fergana.
