The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Our room was clean and warm, with a large bathroom and hot shower, plus a TV with Netflix and Prime Video and a small fridge. A wonderful stay, we'd highly recommend it for a great time in Ferghana.

The staff were attentive and very helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with the essentials. Breakfast had a mix of European and Uzbeki dishes.

We asked if the staff could stop the air-conditioning unit from making a loud, resonating noise throughout the room, or move us to another room. They couldn't fix it and said there were no rooms available. Yet the website showed that we could readily book another room for that evening. A bad experience and poor, lazy service.

I lost my wallet with some cash in it, and MALIKA at reception returned it with everything still there. She even turned down the reward I offered, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable, and this was an amazing experience at one of the best hotels in Uzbekistan. I recommend hotel Tantana. Thank you.
