The staff speak English and are helpful. The room was quite large, with good amenities, though better lighting, especially a desk lamp, would help. A nice hotel in Karshi city.

We were so glad the hotel answered us and let us stay with our dog. It’s a shame there are no other pet-friendly hotels in all of Karshi! The staff were very friendly. The guy at reception checked with management, explained things, and treated us really well. The rooms were quite clean, though the carpets spoil their appearance. Otherwise, the price-quality ratio is pretty good. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

I booked through Booking.com and had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived the hotel said it was overbooked and had no room for me. I strongly advise against booking there.
