We chose this new hotel for a short break in Khiva and really liked our stay. The room, cleanliness, service, and breakfast were all good, so we'll definitely choose it again next time. The hotel may be new, but it's already falling apart. While I was there, the complex was having its grand opening and the president even visited, which made getting to the hotel quite a hassle. I was moved to another room because of a loud noise somewhere in the walls. The room on the other side of the hotel had the same noise, and by then I was too tired to keep trying. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere in the old town.

We were delighted with our stay at Arda Turan Hotel in Khiva. It's a cozy place with an oriental feel, a lovely atmosphere, and that warm Khiva hospitality. The rooms were clean and quiet, had everything we needed, and the location right in the heart of Khiva was perfect. Huge thanks to Khurshidabon and Abdusattor for being so attentive, warm, sincere, and ready to help with anything. They made our stay comfortable and heartwarming. We'd love to return, and recommend it to anyone who values comfort, quality, and a personal touch ❤️

We felt right at home in our spacious, clean, cozy room at Arda Turan Hotel. Someone had thought through the details to make guests comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly. They welcomed us with smiles, helped us settle in, and answered our questions. The location is quiet and peaceful, right in the heart of Khiva and close to the historical landmarks. Breakfast was delicious, with a range of Uzbek dishes. Our stay was simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome, and we'd highly recommend Arda Turan to anyone visiting this wonderful city!
