The family made us feel very welcome, and breakfast was delicious. It's a great little guest house just by the old town. The rooms are on the small side, but cozy, with comfortable beds and aircon.

Breakfast on the balcony was delicious, with gorgeous old city spires in view. The guest house is beautiful and comfortable, just outside the walls of the Khiva Old Town. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong. The family who run it are lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

We showed up at 11 p.m. without a booking because we'd made a mistake, but they fitted us in without complaining. It's a great, cozy place right next to the old town. Highly recommended!

It's a great location, right by the gate into the Old town. We felt like locals during our stay. Everything was very good, and I'd recommend it for a trip to Khiva.
