The young man at reception speaks good English and helped arrange drivers for a tour of the three forts, as well as a transfer to Bukhara. The family also gave us tickets to the Melon festival happening in Khiva during our stay, which was an amazing experience. This is a cosy, simple, clean family guest house, only a three-minute walk from the old town. The owners were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was tasty, with eggs, frankfurters, cheese, fruit, and bread. Thank you!

A few steps from Khiva’s historical old city complex and an excellent restaurant, this is a lovely, clean place to stay. The kind staff are members of a good family. It’s wonderful.

The owner was really nice, though he speaks basic English. We left our bicycle in the patio for the day. It was a good experience overall, with clean rooms and a light breakfast, and really good value for money.
