The breakfast was the one good part. Otherwise, this was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Uzbekistan, and the price makes no sense for what you get. Mice were running around the rooms, like something out of The Green Mile. The service was awful, the bathrooms were dated and the showers leaked, and the management won't put money into the rooms. Even the leather covering on the beds was ripped.

There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, which was good. The rooms were clean and everything else was fine, though the beds are a bit worn.

Of the three places I stayed in Kogan, this one was the best. I paid a little more than at the others, but the location and facilities were kept in good shape. Having a staff member assigned to us also helped me feel comfortable.
