Clean rooms and an easy walk to the main attractions were the good points. Getting to them meant climbing four flights, and there was no view, with the window facing a passageway. Not having breakfast was a major drawback. Kokand's hotels all seem overpriced for what they offer, though at least this place was clean.

We paid 25 usd for a double separate bedroom. The sheets were super white and very clean. The washroom was the one downside, since it was tiny, and being right by the road made things a little noisy. Everything else was perfect.

I can't recommend this place. There was visible mold in the shower, and the sheets had brown stains. The walls were stained brown too and looked neglected. The room was filthy, with plastic scraps and clumps of hair on the floor.

The owner told us the fitness area under the hostel closes at 21:00, and after that it stayed quiet. I was able to use the fitness for free, which was pretty cool. It's not as well equipped as a fitness in Europe, for example, but it's enough for a good workout. Our room was spacious and had AC and a private bathroom. I think it was great value, and a good place to sleep.

The Kokand location is central and very good, and the accommodation was clean and affordable. The twin room was quiet, though I think there's only one. Laundry is available for a fee. There's no breakfast.
