My wife, our baby, and I needed somewhere to stay for personal reasons, so I called to book a room. We're from Namangan, and I was shocked when staff told me local residents weren't allowed to stay, even a married couple with a child. I felt deeply disrespected and disappointed. There is no law in Uzbekistan banning locals from staying in hotels, especially families. This kind of discrimination makes no sense. If you're from Namangan, be careful, you could be treated as unwelcome in your own city. It's an unprofessional, outdated policy, and I hope management reconsiders how it treats local customers.

There is no law banning locals from hotels, so this policy feels offensive and outdated. If you're from Namangan, be aware you may be refused simply for being local. They clearly don't understand hospitality. Very disappointed, and I won't call again.

The employees were polite, and breakfast was good. But I spent one night here, which was enough to put me off coming back. The bathtub water wasn't clean, and when I went to shower in the morning there was no water at all. They fixed the problem and got the water back after two hours.
