The noise made this a really disappointing place to spend our 10th wedding anniversary. A wide gap beneath the door let corridor sounds right into the room, with families arguing, doors banging, and people running about for much of the night. We were woken up at least 5-6 times. The spa is 50 USD per person per hour, an extremely high and unrealistic price for Uzbekistan. There was also a serious paperwork problem: tourists need to be registered by every hotel in Uzbekistan, since leaving the country without those documents can mean huge fines. We never received our registration papers, and the hotel ignored all three messages I sent afterward.

There was plenty of space in the parking area, and breakfast had a good selection of foods. The staff were kind and all the amenities were complete. The rooms were spacious and clean. It seems like a new hotel, and it's a big one.

The customer service was top-notch, and the beds were comfortable. Hotel Sultan Palace has modern decor and a cool atmosphere, with an outdoor pool that's great for relaxing. The Turkish spa is well worth trying if you want to unwind. A spot-on experience.

There was free coffee and tea when we arrived, and the hotel felt very safe. We could get transport to and from the city at any time. The rooms are spacious, the service is over the top, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There's a pool, rooms with a jacuzzi, and a great breakfast. It really feels like staying in a palace. Highly recommended.

Good breakfasts, a convenient location, plus a pool and spa. The rooms are great and clean, and the cleaning staff are friendly and smiling. The staff overall are very nice. Best hotel in town, I recommend it.
