Hotel Tinchlik Plaza 2

The hotel itself is nice, but the restaurant isn't. The staff and waitresses need training in how to be polite.

We went to the Tinchlik Plaza Hotel restaurant during the day, and it wasn't crowded. It's by the lake, and you enter through the main entrance and take the elevator to the 6th floor. The view is beautiful, and the place is clean and attractive. Our waitress took our coats right away and hung them up, which was a nice touch. She was kind, sweet, and quick, and she brought us a child seat and helped set it up. Prices are above average. The cappuccino was presented beautifully and tasted great. The coffee cups and dishes were lovely too, 10 out of 10. The arugula salad with beef and mushrooms came quickly and was delicious, with the salt and ingredients just right, also 10 out of 10. The French-style meat was tender and juicy, it melted in the mouth, and the seasonings were just right, another 10 out of 10. The pepperoni pizza was more mixed. The dough was average and there was plenty of delicious cheese, but the sausage wasn't good. My child wouldn't eat the sausage, though she ate the dough and cheese. I'd give it 7 out of 10. We ordered one serving of French-style meat, but the waitress misread it and brought two. We wanted to try dessert too, but that'll have to be next time. There was a 15% service charge. The meal for two came to 510,000 soums. The restaurant was excellent overall, with a few manageable drawbacks.

The location is good and the restaurant looks beautiful, but the music was so loud I couldn't hear the person beside me. People come to sit, eat, and relax in a pleasant atmosphere, not to a Restaurant Club or a Tuyxona. Please pay more attention to the volume, and to the kinds of steaks you offer. The other things were good. That's just my opinion about the restaurant.

We visited the new Tinchlik Plaza 2 building and found it beautiful and cozy. The restaurant is on the 6th floor. Manager Asel welcomed us warmly, and Behruz was attentive while serving our table. Everything was top notch. The desserts were delicious and nicely presented. We're grateful to the Tinchlik Plaza 2 staff for their care.
