We came for a wedding. The hotel was okay, but the beds were rock hard, though that seems usual for Uzbekistan. The food was fine, just the usual Uzbek fare and nothing special, although we had some nice Pilaf at the wedding. The bazaar is huge and about a 10-15 minute walk away. Check the room before agreeing to stay, especially the bathroom. Some are great, while others are laughably awkward. In some, the toilet is only 3 inches from the shower, so you can sit on it only sideways. In others, the sink is 3 inches from the shower, and its wide counter means you have to lean sideways to reach it. The rooms are huge, which makes those odd bathrooms even stranger. Housekeeping was hit and miss. They came at 4pm while we were showering, then left towels but no water or toilet paper.

The place feels clean, safe, and welcoming, so it works well for meeting friends or getting the family together. Tinchlik Plaza has a modern design, friendly staff, and plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment for different ages. It's one of the city's most beautiful and comfortable spots, and I enjoy visiting.

A nice option for a short stay. My room was quiet and comfortable, with all the amenities you'd expect. The front desk and Restaurant staff were very friendly. I didn't have lunch or dinner there, but the buffet breakfast was fine.

I came with friends for one of their birthdays, and we had a great time. The staff were very polite and even came over to congratulate my friend, which was lovely. The national and European dishes were tasty, and the prices were affordable. Even with lots of people there, the music was calm and there wasn't any distracting noise. It's a good place to spend time with family or friends.

My business partner has been upset since this morning because he found a stain smaller than a coin on the quilt in his room while leaving the hotel. The staff fined him $50, and we paid it. But there was no official record of the incident or receipt for the payment, and the guest was treated disrespectfully. There's no proof of which room the sheet came from. It was white, so how was he supposed to notice such a tiny stain while lying on it? The reception staff just counted the money with blank expressions. This kind of behavior doesn't fit the reputation of a prominent hotel in the Republic. I wouldn't recommend it. Bring your own sheets in a different color.
