The rooms are comfortable and have the things you need, and the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast was really nice too. The restaurant is only average in size, though, and couldn't handle a big dinner gathering. Still, for a four-star hotel in Navoi, it's one of the best.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and it's close to Central park, which is nice for a walk around the lake. The restaurant is very good, with smoking and non-smoking areas plus a large outdoor space, and there are saunas as well. Front office service was good, and they can exchange USD for SUM. It's pretty good value. The extensions are a bit noisy right now, though they may be expanding because demand is strong.

There were cockroaches in the room, and it wasn't clean. I found stains on the sofa and in other spots, and the iron didn't work either.

The place was very clean, and there's a lot to choose from on the menu. I especially liked the grilled lamb, soups, and Greek salad.
