The Savitsky Nukus Museum of Art, Nukus’s main tourist attraction, is just a short walk away. We took Yandex Go to The Mizdakhan Necropolis. The hotel was modern, fresh and very clean, and excellent value for what it offered. There was a free airport shuttle, which came in handy since the airport’s only ATM wasn’t working and the phone sim card desk was empty. Reception were first class and pointed us to a local ATM, a Beeline sim card shop and nearby restaurants. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was okay, but go while it’s fresh, since cold fried eggs aren’t pleasant. There are comfortable seating areas and free water refills.

The receptionist, who called himself Djenghis Khan, was very helpful, and reception spoke English. The hotel had good service and location, plus a good breakfast. There was a water boiler and mini-fridge in the room.

The hotel is new, modern and clean, and the people working there were incredibly nice and helpful. They did their best to look after guests and make sure we felt safe and comfortable. The owner or manager and other staff spoke fluent English and German, which was a real asset. We appreciated how openly he explained the price of the day trip to Moynaq and what it included. They also suggested a couple of really good Karakalpaki restaurants that showed us the culture and diversity of this autonomous region of Uzbakesten.

Ruslan kindly let us rest in the lobby after our long train ride, even though we arrived a day before our booking, and helped us find a taxi for the bus to Moynaq. The location was great, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are super kind and helpful.

I spent three nights at Ideal Family Hotel in Nukus, March 30 - April 2. It had only opened a couple of months earlier, and the rooms were clean, spacious and lux. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use a bit of a change, but the rest was awesome.
