Green Plaza Hotel

My mother arrived in a foreign country for the first time and was left extremely anxious when the hotel refused to check her in. I had booked through TripCom for $70, paid, received confirmation, and kept all the receipts. They claimed there was no reservation and said they knew nothing about TripCom, even though the hotel is listed there. They wouldn't answer the phone either. After my mother went to the police, they called the hotel, and the staff then said she could come and they would check her in. The experience with the service was awful, and she never stayed there. They also refused to return my money. I’ve filed a police report. This is the worst hotel, or hostel as it turned out, that I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never come across a more disgusting scam, and I believe they’re scammers and con artists.
