The breakfast was included and tasted delicious. We were pleased with the service: a friendly young woman welcomed us at reception, showed us around, and took us to our room. It was clean, and all the toiletries were provided.

They don’t clean the room themselves and make excuses about not having enough staff, while the price stays the same. By the end, they’ll charge you ten times what they first quoted. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Rating: 2.

The managers are the only good part. Everything else was bad, and neither I nor my family liked the place. Doors wouldn’t close properly, and water leaked from the air conditioner. Then they could scold you and claim you caused the door problem. Just disgusting!

I came away with plenty of impressions, all of them negative. The rooms were dirty and the staff very rude. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Whoever wrote a glowing review must have been in another dimension.

Akmal, your hotel is really good! It would’ve been even better with me and my brother there!
