We were a group of more than 20 staying at Amir Plaza during the CITES CoP, on our first visit to Uzbekistan. We spent two and a half weeks there in late November and early December 2025, and had a wonderful experience. When a couple of people had medical issues, the hotel helped arrange assistance and get them to the care they needed. The owner, staff, and family all went out of their way for our group. The hotel was affordable, the service friendly, and the spaces were clean throughout. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good range of choices. I especially enjoyed getting to interact with the family every day. I rate them very highly.
