The location is fantastic. It’s right beside Bibi Hanım Mosque and the Siyop market, in the city center, so you can walk everywhere. The room, though, was freezing, and we struggled to warm it with the air conditioning. The rooms are tiny and barely fit. The bed and bathroom were filthy, with hair and other people’s hair everywhere. There was no shower gel. The toilet was right next to a glass door, so you could see the person inside, their movements, and hear the toilet sounds. It was really disturbing. Breakfast wasn’t decent. The staff made us an egg, and there were two chocolates and two pieces of fruit, nothing else.

The location is very central. When you step outside, Bibi Hanım’s tomb is right there, about a 2-minute walk, and Registan Square is 5 minutes away. Siyob Bazaar is around 5 minutes away too. There’s drinking water on every floor, and I like that shoes aren’t allowed in the rooms. The hotel is fairly clean, and one staff member is especially friendly. He answers questions and gives the help you need. Breakfast was prepared with great care. The rooms are a bit small and have no windows. There’s air conditioning and a TV, but the air conditioning has to run constantly because the radiator isn’t enough to heat the room.

We spent nine days here and would gladly come back. The owner was welcoming, and the hotel had been freshly renovated. For the price, it’s a good deal, with everything we needed in the room. Siob Bazaar and Bibi Khanum Mosque are just a couple of minutes away on foot, and the promenade leads to the Registano in about 10-15 minutes.
