The room was big and clean, and breakfast was excellent. Javlon and Hurshid took great care of us from check-in through checkout and were always available. I also had a nice chat with Javlon, who's a wonderful person. We ended up here after visiting the Observatory because it was only a few minutes' walk away. I hadn't expected much, but the hotel turned out to be a real surprise. The next day we met Bobur, the hotel manager. He suggested a few places to visit, and I'm glad we listened. I never expected to see those places in Samarkand, and his advice made our day so much better. Five stars!

We stayed for two nights and liked the location. Breakfast wasn't ready at the promised 7:30, so I hope they can serve it earlier and improve on keeping that promise.

The rooms are especially spacious and clean. I also liked the location, where it's easy to catch a taxi. The staff are very helpful, and I'd recommend this hotel.

It was cozy and clean, and the airport is nearby. My son and I were very pleased with our stay. Thanks to the hotel management for their hospitality and service. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Samarkand.

For 400,000 soums with breakfast, I expected better. There was no shampoo or soap, the towels were old, and the bed was very hard. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to the TV, even when I tried linking the TV to my phone. We discussed the sleeping setup with the husband and wife, then found in the morning that two beds had been pushed together in a room for three. There still wasn’t enough room for them, and a gap opened between the beds. The breakfast also came with a separate fee.
