We liked this guest house so much that we kept returning during our travels. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the kitchen stayed open at all hours. Each morning, the welcoming staff made breakfast with food from the local farmers market. There’s a cozy little courtyard and a terrace with an amazing view, lovely places to spend the evening. The house has such a soft, welcoming feel. I really can’t recommend it enough!

Don’t hesitate to spend a night here. The owner is hospitable, the view from the roof terrace is great, and the location is convenient, about 10 minutes from Ragestan.

The rooftop view was breathtaking, and breakfast was generous and delicious. It’s a beautiful, quiet hotel in a central spot. The hostess was always there and keen to help guests.

The guesthouse sits right by Amir Timur Mausoleum, with direct views of the attractions from its far end. The village the Yandex driver brought us through was under renovation and a bit messy, but the place itself was conveniently located, within a 10-minute drive of Registan Square and Bibiham Mosque. At night, the third floor was the highlight: a quiet spot to watch the moon rise. Breakfast was local food prepared by the hostess, with delicious fruit. You can treat her to some fruit too, and after a 10-day trip the fried eggs were especially satisfying. We could speak easily with her in English, and she was happy to answer any questions and make sure the room arrangement was right. There are double, family, and triple room options. It felt safe and secure. A nearby park is nice for an evening stroll, and across the street there’s a post office where you can buy and send postcards, plus a few small souvenirs that are a bit pricey. Old cars in the alley add to the atmosphere.
