We had to wait until 5 PM for our room, even though check-in was meant to be at 3 PM, and when we finally got in, it was unbelievably dirty. Things were a mess from the day we arrived. The pool was filthy and wasn't cleaned until the next day. Its filter wasn't working and kept saying it needed cleaning, but nobody seemed to care. I also asked several times for housekeeping, and it was never done on time. A total disappointment. If poor service is the adventure you're after, this is the place. They need to keep the property clean and the equipment working.

We were on vacation with a group, and they checked us out at noon while we were away, even though checkout was scheduled for 4:00 PM. Our bags and the gifts we'd bought were left behind. Reception didn't answer our calls, and support on Telegram didn't reply either. We only heard from them once we were halfway to Tashkent, when they promised to keep our things safe. But when we collected the bags, the sweets we'd bought for two large families were gone, along with a new pair of pants. In their place, they had put an open box of halva and a couple of loose pieces. I don't recommend this recreation area. They handled guests' belongings carelessly and irresponsibly.
