My room wasn’t ready when I arrived after 18:00. They blamed previous guests for leaving their luggage behind and taking the key. After quite a wait, I was finally allowed into a room, but had no key. It was on the third floor, with no elevator, and hadn’t been cleaned. The room was badly run down and the AC didn’t work. Staff told me to open the windows, though the room faced a very busy road. In the end, they moved me to a different hotel. Not worth staying here. Choose somewhere else.

We were a group of 17 and arrived at 7 pm, but four rooms still weren’t ready. There was no hot shower or AC, the floor was sticky, and there was a hole in the roof. Someone was drilling at 11pm, some doors wouldn’t lock, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Please get your acts together.

Breakfast comes with the price, but the view you get when you go down to eat isn’t very pleasant.

The dining room has a great selection of food, and the hotel has plenty of outdoor space, a pool, a conference room, and a fast elevator. It’s a nice three-story place with cozy rooms. In the rooms there’s a shower, toilet, TV, AC, wardrobe, and Wi-Fi. The downside is parking, there isn’t much and it’s always full.

It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Registon, and fine for a couple of days. The outdoor pool is kept neat and clean, a nice place to relax after a full day exploring the city. The train station is nearby too, about 10-15 minutes by taxi.
