The one thing I’d ask them to improve is the daily cleaning and towel checks. My towel was properly washed and clean, but there were a few tiny rice particles on it. They should inspect towels more carefully before folding them, and housekeeping should wear hairnets and do a better job of cleaning the floor each day, especially in the toilet. The room, including the bed, was otherwise clean enough. We had a spacious deluxe room with a modern toilet, small balcony, and good internet. Reception staff were kind and helpful, and everything else was perfectly fine. Breakfast had plenty of variety and decent coffee. They’ll bring a toaster if you ask, though for some reason it isn’t always kept out. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes by taxi from the city center, so you’ll need taxis for trips out and back. Traffic isn’t heavy, and Yandex Go is easy and convenient. We chose it because we didn’t want an old guesthouse-style place in the center at a similar price. It’s also around 5-8 minutes by taxi from Ulugh Beg Observatory, Shah-i-Zinda, and Afrasiab Museum of Samarkand.

We booked online in advance, but when we arrived, they said there was no room for us. After traveling and expecting an easy check-in, that was the last thing we needed. The staff were rude and dismissive, with no apology or attempt to sort out their mistake. What’s the point of taking reservations if you won’t honor them? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic professionalism, honesty, and respectful treatment.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. This is a comfortable, newly opened hotel with all the essentials. The only small drawback is that shops for everyday needs aren’t a short walk away. A wonderful stay overall, with great hospitality.

We spent three days in Samarkand and found the rooms really comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, the staff take their work seriously, and breakfast was great. If we return, we’ll stay here again. May Allah be pleased with them all, and may the owner be blessed for this lovely hotel.
