The quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood felt comfortable even at night, and the hotel is ideally located. The bathroom was fully functional and stayed dry after a shower, which isn’t always the case elsewhere in the country. I was lucky to get a suite, which made the stay even nicer. Thanks to housekeeping for their impeccable work, the chef for a varied and delicious breakfast buffet, the attentive young receptionist, and hostess Nathalie for such a warm welcome. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at, and I highly recommend it.

Wi-Fi was a bit weak, though that seems to be a city-wide problem. Even my eSIM rarely got above 3G. The hotel itself is super cozy and stylish, just a short walk from all the main sights. Our room was spacious and clean, with nice extras like slippers, a bathrobe, and even a toothbrush with toothpaste. Natalia and Mehrangiz at reception were incredibly kind and helpful around the clock, and breakfast had a great variety. Highly recommend!

We’re still here as I write this, and the staff have been great, very friendly and helpful. Since we’re traveling with small children, being allowed to check in early was a big help. The rooms are great, very big and comfortable. We’re leaving early in the morning, and the staff promised to prepare breakfast specially for us ahead of time. Thank you for making our visit so special. One of the best hotels! Strongly recommend this accommodation if you’re in Samarkang.
