The location made getting around easy, with shops, places to eat, and attractions all a short walk away. I also found the hotel spotlessly clean and well cared for, and my room had everything I needed. It’s a family-run place, and the staff were warm and kind from the moment I arrived. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I’d happily come back next time I’m in town.

We had a spacious, clean room that was well looked after, and the staff were nice. The breakfast buffet had plenty of different options. Since we were leaving early, I asked for a breakfast package, and it was ready before we headed out. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay.

We felt at home during our stay at Hotel Usmon, with the owners always checking that we had what we needed. They helped with recommendations and logistics and were consistently warm and friendly. When we arrived at 6:00 AM, they let us check in early without hesitation so we could rest after the journey. Later, after we accidentally left a passport behind, they tracked it down and arranged to have it safely returned to Tashkent. We’re very grateful for their thoughtful care and the effort they made to keep our visit stress-free.

The guest house is in a quiet area, and while it’s a bit of a walk to Registan Square, the wide sidewalks make it a pleasant stroll in fall. My room was a good size, though there wasn’t a closet for clothes. They provided plenty of water bottles when needed, plus a kettle with tea and coffee. It’s a small, family-run place: the uncle owns it, the aunt handles the cleaning, and the nephews work reception. Norbek and Umar were especially kind and went out of their way to be welcoming. Since I visited at the end of tourist season, I was the only guest, and I often had lunch or dinner with Norbek and learned about Uzbek culture and daily life. I’d gladly stay here again on my next trip.
