A month ahead, we booked a room for 14 people. Then, the day before, they cancelled without offering compensation or even an apology. We had to find and book another hotel in a hurry, far from the center and expensive. They handled the situation very poorly. I don't recommend it!!!

Everything we needed was close by, and getting around from the hotel was easy. The room was clean and cozy, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! 😊🌟
