Anvar's Guests

We booked through Booking.com and arrived shortly after the 2 PM check-in began. A staff member started checking us in, then said our room wasn’t ready and asked us to wait 15 minutes before going into a room beside reception. We waited outside for more than 30 minutes and saw no staff. The bell got no response, and when we called, our first call was hung up on. Eventually the same staff member came back and asked us to wait another 5 minutes. By then we were uncomfortable with how it was being handled and asked to cancel. At first, she said she couldn’t process the cancellation.

Breakfast was included. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the family managing the place was respectful. It was clean and quiet, and they don’t scam tourists. They also help arrange visits to popular places in and outside Tashkent at good prices. Best you can get in tashkent.

The owner went out of his way to help us. We had to rush off before breakfast, so he packed a bag of breakfast food for the train. The building has an interesting feel and a nice courtyard, and our apartment was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and bathmats. We only managed one night and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you!

After more than an hour spent commuting, messaging the host, and mostly waiting, we agreed to cancel because the room still wasn’t ready. The high ratings didn’t match what we experienced.
