There are a restaurant and mini mart just a two-minute walk away, and the hotel itself is clean. The reception and service were excellent, with someone always ready to help. Many thanks to Donny and Akhbar. A few room issues: the kettle leaves residue after boiling, the bathroom has no exhaust ventilation, and the lighting isn't good for reading. Still, it's a very nice place to stay.

The hotel is fairly new and nicely furnished, and my room was clean. Staff were polite and helpful. I was in Tashkent on a business trip for four nights, but the food situation was a real problem. The menu was poor, yet every order took at least an hour. On the third night I ate outside. The last night I was in a hurry, so I asked for anything they could make quickly, and it still took exactly an hour and a half. Breakfast was poor as well. If you don't plan to eat at the hotel, you may enjoy staying here.

The breakfasts were healthy and filling, and the room had everything I needed while travelling. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It's a stylish, modern place, and I had a lovely three-day stay.

The people were kind and always ready to help, and the food was very nice. The hotel itself was lovely. One problem: we couldn't turn the heating down, even after asking, and the rooms were around 28°C. We're not used to that in Europe, so I'd really recommend they adjust it.
