The best part was how kind and helpful the staff were. Ahrorbek at the front desk arranged a doctor, translated for us, and even helped with some last-minute sightseeing. The front desk team, the cleaners, and the two young women serving breakfast were all polite and friendly. We planned to stay two nights, but my husband became ill and we ended up staying five. The hotel was very clean, family-friendly, and close to the main sights. I'd definitely recommend it, and would stay here again if I return to Tashkent.

RUXER and RASHID BEK at reception were helpful and easy to approach. The room was clean, the lobby smelled lovely, and breakfast had a good choice of coffee. The location is good, and the hotel is good value for money. Our room was near the pool, though, and it wasn't soundproof, so we couldn't get a quiet rest.

The reception team could use some training in welcoming guests warmly and providing better service. Their service falls well short of the usual standard in Uzbekistan. Apart from that, it's a brand-new, well-equipped hotel on a quiet street in the city center, close to main roads. The pool is nice, and breakfast has a decent variety.

This is a safe choice, with clean, well-equipped rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is in a pretty good spot, though there isn't a metro station very close by. The room doors opening outward struck me as odd; this is the second hotel where I've seen that. I had to leave early for a morning flight and missed breakfast. Not much else to add.

Of the inexpensive hotels we stayed in across Uzbekistan, this was probably the most comfortable and modern. The room was lovely, and the shower was roomy with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was okay. There's also a pool, but the water is freezing and there are no changing rooms, so head down in your swimsuit with a towel. I took off a star for the location, since it's not near a Metro station, though buses are available.
