Big Star Hotel

Good service.

Things used to be fine, but I don't know what's changed. The first person guests meet is the receptionist, and poor communication there can ruin their impression of the whole place. Please talk to your staff about how they speak to customers. They don't seem to understand basic respect toward guests, and even on Telegram they can't manage a simple "hello."

I asked whether I could leave my number so they could call or message when a room opened up. Murod, who introduced himself that way, said no and told me to call him the next morning instead. Before that, he had said there were no available rooms, they were all reserved, and to try calling tomorrow to see if one became free. The staff used to communicate really well, but now it's the opposite. I think someone needs to talk with the staff, hostess, or administrator. I don't know?

The rooms were clean, and the receptionists and other staff were so friendly. They welcomed us and got us settled, and we were very pleased with everything. We're from Kazakhstan and checked out on September 17, 2024. It was an amazing place, everything was top-notch. Thanks to the Big Star team. We'll recommend it to our friends and family.
