I arrived at night as planned, but there was no staff at the hotel. Nobody answered my phone calls apart from one person who told me to come back in the morning. I'd specifically notified them about my late arrival, but I still had to find somewhere else to stay.

The location isn't convenient for getting around, since it's far from the city center and transport access isn't great. The rooms felt cramped, and the bathroom was small, though everything was clean. Staff were polite and keen to help, but the receptionist left me with a bad impression. I booked through Booking.com, and after an error with the dates, I asked to change them. The site showed one price, but the receptionist charged me significantly more when I arrived. That felt unfair.

The next day, after I had already paid, the receptionist messaged me saying I needed to pay more because she had quoted the wrong price. It was a really bad experience for us, and I wouldn't recommend this place to foreign tourists.
