They need to improve the service. For some reason, they don't stick to the booking appointments. I was given a different room and then asked to pay more.

At 2 am, I reached the hotel and found nobody at reception. Booking support and I tried calling the host several times, but got no answer. I had kept the host updated from the airport that I was on my way, and had booked the previous night too, since I’d repeatedly explained I’d arrive around 2 am even though check-in was listed as 2 pm to 11 pm. They had told me, “we will be waiting for you.” Luckily I had internet, so I found another hotel and called a YandexGo. Booking cancelled the reservation as well. In my experience, the staff were very unprofessional.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the staff were so good. I’m really happy with the service. One of the best hotels in Tashkent, and I’d highly recommend it. I’ll miss you guys. Be blessed.
