My room was spacious and bright, and the building didn't seem old. Breakfast had a good range of choices, though over the several days I stayed, the options were quite similar. It's close to the airport but far from the city center, so you'll need taxis for most attractions. The air conditioner sometimes made noise at night. There was a short wait at reception when I arrived. The staff helped me, but the interaction felt formal, and as someone who doesn't speak the local language, I didn't feel especially welcomed. The sheets and pillowcases were a little dusty at first, but they could be changed if requested. The kettle could have been cleaned better. It's an okay place for a short stay or airport layover. Decent enough, though if you want a warmer welcome or plan to see the city, you may prefer somewhere closer to the center.

The staff were kind and helpful whenever I needed them, day or night. Breakfast was included, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests, and you could also ask for meals and drinks. The rooms are newly built, roomy, and air-conditioned, with a TV and fridge. The toilets and walk-in showers were clean, and the beds comfortable.

The reception team were professional and helpful. It was my first visit to Uzbekistan, and they made those first impressions unforgettable. I had a wonderful stay.

There’s a quiet area where people can relax without noise, which should be helpful for anyone looking to rest. The hotel is beautiful, and I think it could become the best one in Tashkent. I’d recommend these services to everyone.
