The breakfast courtyard is clean and really charming, and the food was far tastier than I expected. The selection isn't as broad as at Hilton, of course, but what they bake in the kitchen is delicious. The rooms are super clean, the hotel itself is cute and feels pleasantly out of place in this part of town, and the staff wouldn't accept tips. Yandex taxis are inexpensive, and the location feels safe and is fairly central. We got more than we expected for the price and location, and they do try hard to help. Still, checking in took a 5-10 minute argument with Saeedbek about the room we'd booked through Expedia. He initially said that room type wasn't available, which wasn't true, since it eventually was.

The place turned out better than I expected, and I thought it was good value even though it isn't in the city center. Breakfast was cold, but I enjoyed it otherwise. Yuri Gagarin's statue is nearby, as is Ulugbek Metro.

The backyard was a lovely spot for summer morning breakfasts, and the food was delicious. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. When we got locked out, the receptionist sorted it out quickly, so it didn't become a stressful problem. A welcoming stay, recommended!

There was even a fish tank! The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom had lots of hygiene gadgets plus three-ply toilet paper. The rooms felt extravagant, the food was so good, and the staff were amazing. Great experience, please go!

There is no daily housekeeping, and there have also been bed bug cases. The hotel is run like a hostel, and you can't count on staff for any favors. The director in particular is rude, unfair, offers little help, and asks for money for everything. The hotel and its service were pathetic, and staying there was a nightmare. It barely deserves one star. I can't recommend it unless the staff undergo a major change.
