Eco Boutique Emerald Hotel

This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The service was awful and the staff were rude. The room hadn't been cleaned properly: I found someone else's hair on the bed, and when I asked for fresh sheets, they refused. I have photos as proof. It was so cold that I slept in my jeans and hoodie. Before booking, I explained that I needed an early breakfast for fasting during Ramadan, and they promised to arrange it. When I woke up, the staff were asleep and simply told me there was no breakfast. I had to fast without eating. I don't recommend staying here at all.

We stayed five days and had no complaints. The hotel is in a quiet part of Tashkent, with attentive, responsive staff. The rooms have fresh renovations and nice furniture. The linens were especially nice, soft and perfectly clean, and the towels were fluffy and smelled fresh. Parking is available, and breakfast was good.

The place seems nice at first, but something feels off, and I don't recommend it. The cleanliness was poor and obvious. I wiped the surfaces myself, then after three days asked only for the floors to be washed and the trash taken out. They removed the trash but didn't even sweep, so I had to go back to reception. The maids came and swept up a lot of dirt in front of me. There's no gym, despite it being listed in the description, and that was the reason I chose the hotel. The utility room has a treadmill that didn't work and a ping-pong table. The kitchen smelled bad, with household items scattered around and staff hanging out. I'll attach a photo from this morning, after some things had already been put away and no one was there, but it gives you the general idea. There was no refrigerator in my room, although it was listed in the description and the room I paid for. The shared refrigerator with groceries is in the kitchen on floor -1, while I was on the third floor. Breakfast was mostly food left from the previous day's tables, dried out and not fresh. I could only eat the watermelon and didn't go again. There were other situations too, but I don't want to go into them. I can't attach the video, which shows the so-called gym and stale breakfast better.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the rooms felt cozy. It clearly seems like a new hotel, and the air conditioning worked. The bed was great, especially the mattress. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We absolutely loved our stay and were delighted. I'd recommend it to everyone.
