The food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a wide choice and was good quality. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the modern rooms were clean and well equipped. It's a great hotel overall. I'd recommend it and will come back.

The room itself was good, but getting the shower to a comfortable temperature was difficult since it kept swinging between scalding and freezing. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was okay, though I had to ask the staff several times for butter, and none of the dishes were labelled, so it was hard to tell what they were.

A charming, quaint little hotel, though the price feels too high for the surroundings. It may be better suited to people with plenty of money to spend.

The restaurant could use more dishes inspired by local food. Shakarob was the only Uzbek option I saw, and it was easily the best thing on the menu. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's clean and has good amenities. The staff were all delightful, breakfast was good, and both the rooms and spa facilities were clean and in perfect condition.
