The hotel looked new and clean, but the room lighting ruined the night for me. A light kept buzzing, flickering on and off, and giving off a burning smell. Whenever I managed to fall asleep, it happened again and woke me, so I barely got any rest. I reported it at the front desk. The staff member didn’t seem eager to help, first saying it was “normal,” then admitting other rooms didn’t have the same issue. What could have been a good stay turned into a very frustrating night. (Turn on the sound for the videos.)

I stayed here in November and had an enjoyable, memorable, and romantic visit. The location was perfect, not far from town, with a mosque within walking distance. There are also plenty of provision shops, supermarkets, and places to eat nearby, so everything is easy to reach. The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was decent and tasty. Everyone, from the chef and cleaners to the front desk, was warm and welcoming. Muhammad fauzan, Jamal, Muhammad jan, and Abdul Aziz were professional and hospitable. We had a couple of issues with the lights and air conditioning, but they fixed them right away, which I appreciated. The staff were accommodating and relaxed. Would I come back? Yes, of course, maybe next year. I wish them success.

Everyone I dealt with helped make the stay comfortable. The reception team made check-in easy, housekeeping kept things spotless, and the restaurant team gave excellent service. Each person was kind, attentive, and clearly cared about guests.

My wife and I had planned to stay at the Orient Premium for just one weekend. We liked the accommodation, service, and friendly staff so much that we extended our stay to a full week. We’d have no hesitation about choosing the Orient Premium on future trips to Tashkent.
