I had to revise my review after they tried to charge me extra for a tiny bit of oil on the bed, even though it looked easy to wash off. You have to be patient with this sort of stupidity when you come to countries like this. It's called a washing machine with high temp. Before that, I thought the hotel was very good and highly recommendable. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the door on my room, 303, was broken and didn't feel secure. They need to fix it.

Yousuf and Sherzad at reception were super helpful. They spoke English well and booked taxis for us every day. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel is close to the airport and good value for money. There are convenience stores all around and plenty of restaurants, though the breakfast isn't anything to write home about. We were booked here for a couple nights.

It’s a bit far from the city center, but Yandex taxi solves that. There are convenience stores around the hotel, plus Papa John's Pizza, restaurants, fast food, and more. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tashkent.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The employees were rude and didn't care about the problems I had. There was no room service, and the breakfast was extremely bad.

I stayed for 5 days and regret spending my money here. The hotel has no room service, and the breakfast isn't good at all. I asked for room service every day for 3 days, but nobody cared.
